There is powerful and compelling evidence that the story of the Jews, culminating in Jesus of Nazareth, has had it right all along. Rival stories like Capitalism and Communism borrowed wholesale from that story, but left out important bits, and have always had to be corrected

Some believers are rather reluctant to tell our stories about God’s mighty hand because we don’t think of them as facts. The lessons of our stories are not thereby forever lost, but they can only be learned the hard way.
